Communication Quality Indicator System of Industrial Communication Network and Related Diagnostic Evaluation

The industrial communication networks are the infrastructures to connect bottom field devices and control in factory, which realize interconnection interoperability of intelligent manufacturing. Its quality is a prerequisite ensure normal operation production factory. According layered functions network protocol, this paper establishes indicator system, consisting physical layer waveform characteristic indicators time indicators, data link performance function application behavior related indicators. general process diagnosis evaluation proposed. Through detection parameters, possible problems can be diagnosed evaluated, thus rapid location anomalies or faults achieved.
